Ingredientes: - Fideos de arróz (a la venta en almacenes chinos y supermercados) - Cebollín en aros - Cebolla a la juliana - Setas secas (ojalá Shiitake) - Hongos frescos (laminarlos) - Curry - Ajo (fresco cortado o en polvo) - Pimienta negra - Salsa de Soja - Salsa de Jengibre - Algas konbu a gusto
Preparación: Cocer en una olla los fideos a fuego lento junto con ajo y curry, con la medida justa de agua. Aparte de esto; hidratar las setas Shiitake en agua tibia y salsa de soja, y aparte sofreír en la salsa de jengibre (o salsa de soja) el cebollín, la cebolla y los hongos frescos hasta que la cebolla comienze a cristalizarse. Agregar al final las setas ya hidratadas. Servir en un pote primero la ración de fideos, las setas hidratadas, los hongos frescos, la cebolla, el cebollín, un chorrito de salsa y espolvorear con pimienta.
